In 2017, Emilio Salvadori had an idea: to roast the coffee produced in the northern (Chang Mai) and southern regions of the country in Thailand, with
Italian machinery and with the Italian know-how and taste for coffee:
«I began to take an interest in coffee out of pure passion and to meet a request for quality coffee at an affordable price. Everything took shape when I
visited the plantations in the north and the Robusta ones in the south. I set up all my work trying to make the product sweet and intense, free of acidity
